Meet Alex Jupp
I've spent eight years in property management in The Bahamas. Early on, I managed waterfront residential complexes on Paradise Island, then the British Colonial Centre of Commerce in downtown Nassau. I started Shore Concierge because I kept hearing the same thing from owners: they couldn't find someone reliable. Every owner's expectations are different, but what they all want is someone who shows up, follows through, and keeps them informed.
That's the standard I hold myself to on every property I take on. I personally do inspections, I have reputable contractor contacts, and my reporting is detailed enough that you can make decisions from wherever you are.
